Level IV Swim LessonsStudents learn skills to progress to Level V. Best for children who can demonstrate skills from previous levels as well as demonstrate rotary breathing but need to build endurance and have not learned the basic of the breast or sidestroke. Some of the skills students will work on include but not limited to:
| Deep water bobbing |
| Elementary backstroke for 10 yards |
| Sculling on back for 5 yards or 15 seconds |
| Front crawl for 25 yards |
| Tread water for 2 minutes |
| Rotary breathing |
| Standing dives |
| Back crawl for 25 yards |
| Breaststroke kick for 10 yards |
| Scissors kick for 10 yards |
