About our birthday parties

• Most parties are one and one half hour long. The coordinator spends approximately half the time in an activity with the children.
• All parties take place at the Jewett Park Community Center.
• A room with tables and chairs is available to continue your celebration for the remainder of the time.
• Parties are scheduled only on weekends. Because of building maintenance, special events or holidays, there will be no facility rentals/birthday parties on the following dates:
  • October 25 & 26
  • November 27-30
  • December 25 & 31
  • January 1, 2009
• As the renter, you provide all food, drinks and paper goods.
• We do not have toys or equipment available for use.
• Parties with live animal entertainment are prohibited.
• We require full payment within seven days of issuing the contract or you may lose your rental time.
• You may book parties no more than 60 days, and not less than 14 days, prior to the date requested.
• Parties are subject to room and instructor availability. Park district programs have priority in scheduling.
• Nonresidents must pay nonresident fees for all party reservations.
• The Park District reserves the right to reassign scheduled rooms without notice.
• To make reservations, please call 847-945-0650. When leaving a message, please mention suitable dates/times, number of children, and leave a daytime phone number so we can return your call.
