Deerfield Park District Preschool

Our Mission
To provide a warm, cheerful and nurturing environment for children who are nearly three years old up to five years of age. Deerfield Park District Preschool is a developmental school designed so that children learn to play and play to learn. Through play, children are encouraged to solve problems, develop ideas, communicate, experiment with materials and make new friends in the community.

We are located on the upper level of the Jewett Park Community Center.

Age Requirements:
2-1/2-year old program: Child must be 3 years old by March 1, 2011

Preschool Staff: Our experienced and dedicated teachers offer children a delightful introduction to the exciting world away from home, one in which your child
